Financials. If you decide to bring the association's books over, accounting, collections and the owner ledger are $1.00 per unit per month, the same rate at any size, with no minimum.
If you collect assessments online through the free tools, each payment carries a $0.50 + 0.25% processing add-on on top of Stripe's published rates. It exists only when money moves. The one other cost on the free plan is AI for meeting briefs and rule drafting. It draws from a one-time credit of $0.50 per unit, good for 12 months, then bills at provider cost + 15%. When the credit runs out, only that AI asks for a card; everything else keeps working.
