How the Add-On Works
You Only Pay When Money Moves.
The free tier is genuinely free to run. There is no seat cost, no setup fee, and no charge for the software itself. The only cost appears when you actually collect an assessment online — and even then it is a small add-on on top of Stripe's normal processing fees.
Every processor charges to move money; that part is unavoidable and applies on every plan. The ResLife add-on — $0.50 plus 0.25% per payment — is the only ResLife-specific cost on the free tier, and it vanishes the moment you move to any paid subscription.
