Volume Pricing
Your rate drops as your portfolio grows.
Starter and Business use the same graduated schedule. Rates are marginal, so each band applies only to the doors inside it. A 5,000-door portfolio pays $4,000/mo, not 5,000 times the top rate.

Stripe charges to move money, on every plan, exactly as it would if you used Stripe directly. On the free tier ResLife adds a small margin on top. On any paid plan that margin is zero.

Bank debit is the cheaper rail at every plan level, and the gap widens as assessments get larger, because the Stripe bank-debit fee stops at $5.00 no matter the amount. Steering owners toward bank debit is the single biggest lever on what collection costs your association.
