The People
Behind ResLife.

A founder who ran an association's board and built the tools it was missing, and the two people who work with the firms that adopt them.

It Started With
a Board Seat.

I did not set out to build software. I ran for my association's board in 2023 because I suspected the community was badly run, and it was. What I found was not one problem but a pattern: books that did not tie, a budget that left out the loan we were servicing, repairs approved and never made, and nobody able to say what was due next.

I had spent my career as a process engineer, taking routine work apart and rebuilding it with technology so it ran without anyone having to remember to run it. Looked at that way, every one of those problems had the same shape. The information existed, in an inbox, a spreadsheet, a PDF, somebody's memory, and nothing connected it to the decision it should have driven.

So I did what I had always done: each time one came up, I mapped how the work actually moved and built the piece that was missing. The budget that did not know about the loan became a budget built from the governing documents, with every assessment traceable to the clause behind it. The escrow request that took an afternoon of searching became a record that assembled itself. The repair nobody followed up became a work order that would not let itself be forgotten. The renewal that caught us off guard became a contract with its notice deadline attached. And the insurance premium that rose 400 percent mid-year became a budget revision that took an hour instead of a week.

When the rescue was done, I handed the community back to professional management and kept building. Many iterations later, that is ResLife: every problem I hit running one association, solved once, properly, and made available to everyone who runs one.

ResLife exists because I needed it.

Client Success

Who You Will Work With.

Client success is split by who you are: a boutique management firm, a large-scale association that runs itself, or an enterprise firm. One person owns your segment, and that is the person you deal with.

David Haghighi

VP of Client Success
Large-Scale Associations and Boutique Firms

David started his first business at 20, setting up local networks for companies across Southern California. Shortly after, he took his real estate license, and in time opened his own boutique brokerage.

Twenty years of clients means twenty years of everything that comes with them: the emergency repair, the renovation, the escrow packet due Friday, the rental that needs managing. He has worked all of it, and he has advised Brian on real estate process and practice through every iteration of ResLife.

He knows firsthand what running your own business takes. What excites him is handing our clients their day back, and letting ResLife do the heavy lifting.

Joseph Gangaram, VP of Client Success for enterprise firms at ResLife

Joseph Gangaram

VP of Client Success
Enterprise

Joseph holds an MBA from Ohio State and has spent his career in the strategic arm of publicly traded companies, giving their business units the data to act on: what to measure, and how to surface it cleanly.

In the last year he became the resident AI champion, implementing AI at every layer of the data stack to change how the business runs.

Like Brian, he sees the same inefficiency in community management. At ResLife he supports our enterprise clients through selection, migration, implementation, and staff enablement.
